Our kitchen is lacking some major features: worktop space and storage. In this project we aim to fix both of those things. Follow along as we attempt to build our first piece of real "furniture" from scrap wood. Firstly, from joists that we incorrectly installed and then ripped out from upstairs. And, secondly, from some old floor boards that we removed some time ago.
As usual, we tried to be a little ambitious and mistakes were made. Can we rescue this old wood and give it a new lease of life? Can we transform our kitchen into something more usable? Let's find out!
