Sell woodworking projects and quit your job! Is it possible? I don't know but by the end of the year we will all see if I can make enough money through scrap wood projects and new lumber builds to justify shutting down my construction business and move over to being a full-time woodworker!
My New Years resolution is to put forth 100% effort into becoming a full-time woodworker and making a sustainable income from it to support my monthly living expenses. Stick around and see if I can Make it happen!
I know there is a lot of "fluff" out there when it comes to this subject. And I personally despise that. When I say "make enough" money, I'm not talking about YouTube revenue, affiliate marketing and money from my website commisions. I'm stricty talking about woodworking alone. Making a project and selling it. Whether it's a cutting board, Wooden door, coaster, pendant lamp, desk, wooden work bench or anything else. That is what I am talking about. And, nothing more. No outside income. Strictly woodworking.
