I will go offer how I did or am doing the following upgrades:
1. Remove old carpeting from 3 bedrooms 2. Install new flooring throughout the house 3. Remove kitchen cabinets and a kitchen counter 4. Fix the Kitchen and Dinning Room drop ceiling and cover it with new Titles 5. Replace the stair rails, extend the stairs and create a seamless finish

0:00 - Intro 1:02 – Kitchen Cabinet Demolition\Removal and left-behind projects 3:23 – Replacing an old Rail in the Kitchen 4:02 – Removing old Carpeting 5:20 – Finding and installing tongue and groove laminate flooring 8:30 – Fixing a hanging ceiling and replacing it with Styrofoam Ceiling Tiles 10:00 – Creating and installing the main stair railing system that locks the gate 10:34 – Filling the Gap on the stairs 11:00 – Extending and raising the stairs 11:35 - Leveling Things off 11:48 – Adding laminate to the risers and steps and fixing the riser area 12:18 – Adding Stair Nose Pieces and finishing off the first phase of this project ________________________________________________________________________
